🎵 Payment & Cancellation Policy for 1‑1 Singing Lessons

Monthly Payments

Lessons are billed monthly in advance.

• Invoices are emailed by the 15th of the previous month.

• Payment is due by the 1st of the month.

• All payments are made via bank transfer, using the details provided on each invoice.

• Payment must be received by the due date for lessons to continue.

Student Cancellations

• More than 48 hours’ notice: A make‑up session will be offered where possible (in person or online). If a make‑up session cannot be arranged, a credit will be applied to the following month’s invoice.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: The lesson is fully chargeable and no make‑up session or credit will be offered.

Tutor Cancellations

If the tutor needs to cancel a lesson, a credit will be issued and applied to the following month’s invoice.

Missed Lessons

Lessons missed without any notice are fully chargeable.

Ending Lessons

If a student wishes to stop lessons altogether, one month’s notice is required.

Additional Information

• Make‑up sessions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• Credits are only issued when a make‑up session cannot be accommodated after more than 48 hours’ notice or when the tutor cancels.

• This policy ensures fairness, clarity and consistency for all students.
